Cash dividend alternative
The Company has a Dividend Re-investment Plan (DRIP). Shareholders who have elected for the DRIP will automatically receive shares for all future dividends in respect of which a DRIP alternative is offered. Shareholders are encouraged to elect to receive shareholder documents electronically by registering with Shareview at www.shareview.co.uk This will save on printing and distribution costs, and create environmental benefits.
